Account
Customers create an account in the app with a name, phone number, email, and password, then sign in with that email and password. Staff accounts are created by the office. The app keeps your sign-in on the phone so you stay signed in.
Orders and payments
When you order, we keep the shop, litres, delivery location, contact phone, delivery date and time, invoices, balances, and M-Pesa receipts applied to those invoices. Pay with M-Pesa sends the phone number and amount to Safaricom so the payment can be completed. Paybill 4145877 and your shop account code are the same details printed on the order invoice.
Location
If you allow it, the app uses your location to show the nearest Puresafe branch and nearby shops when you place an order. You can refuse location and still place an order. The app does not track location in the background.
Feedback
Notes you send from the app go to Puresafe for your account. Other customers cannot see them.
How we use it
We use this information to take the order, deliver the water, match a payment to the invoice, and show your statement. We do not sell it. Puresafe staff who handle orders, deliveries, and accounts can see the records they need for that work.
Delete your account
Email info@puresafe.co.ke with the subject Delete my PureSafe account and the email address on the account. You can also call 0706 434 070.
We close the sign-in and delete the account details, shop link, and feedback we hold for that account. Order invoices and M-Pesa records already issued stay in the accounts, as printed on those invoices.
